As we embrace the festive spirit and bid farewell to another year, The Wellington Collection is bustling with activity as construction progresses in our apartment building and exclusive townhomes.
The apartment building is receiving its finishing touches, with tiles, paint and level one doors being installed. Outside, we’re shaping up the pool, with the watertanks, hard landscape and driveway in progress. The lift installation in the apartments is also complete. Cabinetry installation has also started, adding character to the interiors.
Over in the townhomes, the roof installation progresses, windows are also being installed to let in light and provide wonderful views. Behind the scenes, we’re working on wires and pipes. The frame of the townhomes is also coming together setting the stage for its structure.
