We’re thrilled to share the May update on The Wellington Collection!
Our team is excited to announce significant progress on the Apartment Building. The external areas are shaping up beautifully, with the driveway now fully completed and landscaping expected to be finished in the next few weeks, showcasing lush, tropical gardens and well-designed outdoor spaces. Inside, Level 1 apartments are being prepared for builders cleaning, and on Level 2, the fit-off for plumbing and appliances is currently underway.
Over in the Townhomes, the external cladding and painting are 75% complete, and the rough-in work for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is now finished. The scaffolding is set to be removed in the coming weeks, unveiling the progress made on Building 2.
